Goodluck Jonathan set a precedent in West Africa by respecting democratic processes and transferring power peacefully. Even after stepping down, he has continued to play a mediating role to strengthen democratic governance in West Africa and the Sahel. Through international cooperation, he has contributed to regional stability and countering extremism. He also serves as the Chair of the International Summit Council for Peace (ISCP) Africa, demonstrating global leadership in building peace governance and promoting peace.

Goodluck Jonathan has mediated political instabilities in Ghana, Mali, and Guinea, significantly contributing to regional stability and democratic advancement.

Goodluck Jonathan oversaw democratic elections in Nigeria, ensuring fairness and stability. He actively enhanced international cooperation against extremist threats like Boko Haram. 


  



Contribution to Global Peace 


Goodluck Jonathan contributes to global peace governance as a leader within ISCP, advocating practical action and international cooperation aligned with Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon's peace vision.
